Description of service:
Over the phone technical support which includes dial-in support, if
required On-site support in the local area (within 120 miles)
Daily Rate
Weekly Rate
Bid Projects

Price during normal hours:
$120.00 for the phone call, then $100.00 per hour billed in 15 min increments
$120.00 an hour, plus travel time to site
$880.00 all travel costs included
$5,200.00 all travel and lodging costs included
Price will be agreed upon by both companies

After hours support:
$180.00 for the phone call, then $150.00 per hour billed in 15 min increments
$180.00 an hour, plus travel time to site
All telephone support will be billed and paid for at the time the service is rendered. We accept all major
credit cards. For telephone support, your card is required to have a minimum $500.00 available balance. |
